Only Rotarians are able to participate in this programme in any capacity.
Services provided only relate to overnight accommodation provided on a “bed and breakfast basis” with no responsibility or obligation for hosts to provide any further services.
The organisers provide no warranties as to the standard of accommodation provided and accommodation and breakfast provided will be to a standard regarded as acceptable in context of normal New Zealand private home conditions.
The organisers will match visitor requirements on a best endeavours basis which amongst other things will be dependant upon the availability and suitability of hosts in each location.
At any time when the availability of suitable hosts in a particular location is exhausted the organisers may withdraw without notice the offer for accommodation in that particular location.
The provision of accommodation in a particular location does not obligate the organisers to provide accommodation in any other location.
Any special requirements are to be advised at the time of a booking and in the event any such requirement cannot be met the organisers reserve the right to cancel the booking in which case a full refund of any payments received will be made.
The organiser reserve the right to not accept any booking for any reason whatsoever without explanation in which case a full refund of any payments received will be made.
Any refunds other than as set out above will be at the sole discretion of the organisers
All payments are to be paid by ‘Paypal’ www.paypal.com and are in New Zealand dollars.
No commitment is accepted by the organisers for any booking until such time as the booking is paid in full.
Use of services as offered is on the condition that the organisers can rely on the information provided as being correct.
If any person is not prepared to be bound by any of the terms and conditions they are obliged to not proceed with a booking.
The liability of the organisers and all persons involved is limited to the money received from any claimant with there being no responsibility for any other activity or expense or any other obligation whatsoever that a claimant may have incurred of either a monetary or non monetary nature.
All coordinators, administrators or any other person involved are bound by the direction of the organisers.
Normal force majeure conditions apply including and not limited to disruptions or deferment of any nature or cancellations of any rugby game or any other event contemplated or to any transportation whether internal or external to New Zealand.
